Sample Documents for Emigration Clearance

These documents are a necessary requirement as mandated by the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of Labour. Employers are requested to download these and edit them to include information pertaining to their company.

Notes:

All documents should be stamped, signed on company’s letter head and couriered in original
Dates across all documents should be same.
There should be ONE specimen agreement for EACH category. This is only for the purpose of emigration clearance.
